Arnica is commonly used when swelling and bruising occurs. Lavender is often used to ease anxiety, stress, insomnia, depression, dementia & pain. Camphor often is used to relieve muscle tension, skin irritation and itching. Menthol is frequently used to alleviate overexposure from the sun or inflammation.
How to use: Fill a bathtub with warm water - recommended water temperature is 33 degrees Celsius or 92 degrees Fahrenheit (do not exceed 42 degrees Celsius or degrees Fahrenheit). Tear open the pouch and add content to warm water in the bathtub. Mix the content properly for a few seconds. Soak your lower body all the way up to the shoulders and neck up to 5/30+ minutes. If you start feeling too cold just keep adding warm water until the water feels warmer again. After your bath please immediately dry off, keep warm, and relax.
Keep your head out of the water at all times and do not splash the water. For best results use separately and not in combination with other products. Keep water away from the eyes at all times. This product is not recommended for children.
